- Sign the registration form and transfer the registration fees.
- In order for us to apply for on your behalf at the state office for recognition, all the relevant documents need to be translated into German by a court appointed translator. us can request an estimate of costs involved for the translation of your documents. Alternatively, the translation can be done by a certified, state-approved translator in your home country.
- Send certified hard copies of your documents to our office in Germany via courier.
- We will prepare and send your application to the state office and handle all the communication with the authorities. You will receive a so-called qualified confirmation of receipt from the state office which is needed to apply for the visa and later for the medical German exam.
- Transfer the remaining tuition fees.
- Open a blocked account and deposit 10.332 EUR in the account.
- Book an appointment at the embassy for your visa interview and we'll help you prepare for the interview. Apply for the visa §17a (see info sheet).
- We will prepare all the necessary documents for your visa application (booking confirmation for German language course, booking confirmation for the Preparation course for the medical German exam with the Medical Council in Mainz and accommodation confirmation as well as health insurance, plus qualified confirmation of receipt from the state office.
- Once you get your visa you can travel to Germany, and join the next intake We'll pick you up at the airport on our offical arrival day (there is one every five weeks).
- Do your German language course up to a C1 level. This course includes a Telc B2 test as well as the C1 test (TestDaF).
- After passing the B2 level, we will help you to apply for the medical German exam. It will take around 3 months to get the appointment. In the meantime you will do C1.
- Pass your German medical exam with the German Medical Council Mainz. The medical language exam consists of 5 parts and can be repeated as often as you need.
A) Doctors who studied in EU:
- Get an unconditional work license and start specialization.
B) Doctors who studied outside EU:
- get a professional permit for max. 2 years.
